Brodie Cottage

Brodie Cottage is a beautiful, large three bedroom family house in peaceful and totally secure grounds on the edge of the Silvermine Nature Reserve, just about two minutes away from Goose Green Lodge. Surrounded by mountains yet only minutes from beaches on both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It is perfectly located for all the attractions in the area. The house is bright and luxuriously furnished and equipped.

Upstairs contains a huge kingsize bedroom and a family bedroom (one double bed + two single beds) seperated by a lovely bathroom (shower, bath, wc etc). Downstairs has a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a beautiful family lounge, dining room, family lounge (satellite tv and DVD player) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and everything else a family would normally need. There is a separate utility room (washing machine etc) and a double electronically opening garage. The house benefits from being safely located behind a 24 hour manned security barrier which restricts movements into a nearby retirement village. Two mattresses and a cot are available so it is possible for a group of up to 8 + a baby to be very comfortably accommodated in the house.

The lovely, peaceful garden contains a large, sparkling pool and is on three sides of the house. There is plenty of garden furniture, including a Weber braai, for dining or just relaxing outside.
